the University of Padua (Italy) and the University of St. Andrews (United Kingdom) are pleased to invite you to their Joint Virtual International Staff Training Week, which will be held on June 7^th – 10^th 2021.

This year’s Training Week is dedicated to Celebrating University Anniversaries and builds on the upcoming 800^th anniversary celebrations of the University of Padua in 2022 and on the 600^th anniversary celebrations at St. Andrews in 2013. We will discuss both academic and general topics, from collections and cultural heritage, to communication and global engagement, logistics, fundraising and alumni, not to forget the legacy of these celebrations.

The event represents a unique opportunity to learn, benchmark and network with colleagues from across the globe and is aimed at supporting institutions in making the most out of their anniversary celebrations.

The Staff Training Week is open to all academic and administrative staff members of our partner and prospective partner universities. The event is free of charge.
