This event is the inaugural EGYPT workshop, where intellectuals, government officials, developers and utilities are gathered to discuss the vast potential of food industry recognising the importance of traceability and food safety market.
We are looking to discuss the innovation and development behind the use of the ICT in the Food Processing in MENA. The recent announcement of this workshop to develop a reliable, sustainable and climate friendly Trust Hubs for Mediterranean Food highlights the potential of the region.
The workshop is a deliverable of an PRIMA project entitled " Trust Hubs for Mediterranean Food" whose partners are universities and industry from Greece, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Egypt, Tunisia and Jordan for providing safer and more sustainable Mediterranean food products for people all around the world.
